The Northeast Ohio Foundation for Patriotism (NEOPAT) is keeping its promise to honor and remember our fallen heroes this weekend with a virtual Memorial Day video message.
“We put this video together to make sure that despite COVID 19, Memorial Day and its significance are not forgotten,” said Rick DeChant, NEOPAT Executive Director. “Sadly because of the pandemic, many of the public Memorial Day observances have been cancelled. We felt this would be the best way to ensure that those from Northeast Ohio who made the ultimate sacrifice in the defense of our nation – as well as their families – were not forgotten. The video also pays tribute to the Charles Kirby Wilcox Honorees that have been recognized since NEOPAT’s inception in 2011.
