NEOPAT Military-Connected and JROTC Scholarships
Supporting Northeast Ohio’s military-connected students, families, schools, and JROTC programs.
NEOPAT is proud to offer Military-Connected Student Scholarships, recognizing the service, sacrifice, leadership, and potential of Northeast Ohio students. Made possible through the support of CrossCountry Mortgage and the Lozick Foundation, these opportunities support students in grades 9–12 who reside within NEOPAT’s 21-county service area, are in good academic standing, and meet at least one of the following eligibility requirements: they are the child or legal dependent of a current or former member of the United States Armed Forces, or they are actively participating in a JROTC program at their high school. Through these scholarships, NEOPAT aims to help eligible students pursue their educational goals while honoring the military community and its next generation of leaders.
Applications open October 29, 2026, and close March 1, 2027. Scholarship recipients will be notified by April 1, 2027.

Honoring service through education
Military children demonstrate strength, adaptability, and resilience as they navigate the unique experiences that come with military life. JROTC programs help students develop leadership, citizenship, responsibility, and a commitment to serving others. Purple Star Schools provide important support and recognition for military-connected students and families.
Through these scholarships, NEOPAT, CrossCountry Mortgage, and the Lozick Foundation are investing in students and schools that embody these values throughout Northeast Ohio.
