NEOPAT was honored to emcee Thursday’s Veterans Day ceremony in Cleveland as well as to recognize Barbette N. Allen & Adam Smith as the student veterans of the year from Cleveland State and Cuyahoga Community College. Thank you, Barbette & Adam, for your service to our great nation!
The 11th annual Veterans Day ceremony and parade returned to Cleveland City Hall and the streets of downtown Cleveland. Following a ceremony in the Rotunda of City Hall, the parade included special guest World War II veteran William (Bill) Decapite. The 97-year-old served in the Navy SeaBee’s (Construction Division) from February 1943 to June 1946.
