Orwell (October 6, 2023)
NEOPAT and the Western Reserve Land Conservancy were honored to host our military members at the annual Sporting Circle Veterans Hunt on Friday, October 6th in Orwell, OH. It was a beautiful day filled with veterans and the love of the outdoors.
After some introductions, a wonderful rendition of the national anthem and a amazing display from the Cleveland Parachuting Team, everyone departed to the tower field to spend the morning on a pheasant hunt. Most excited among us were some of our four legged companions eager to join in.
When the hunt was completed, everyone enjoyed a great lunch at the Grand Valley Pavillion. NEOPAT and WRLC board member, Cameron Miele, shared the importance of having great partnerships like our two organizations to provide veterans and military members access to all opportunities and grow our regions support network.
