The memorial for Corporal Jeffrey A. Boskovitch, the NEOPAT 2020 Charles Kirby Wilcox Honoree, was recently refurbished in North Royalton, just in time for Independence Day. The North Royalton mayor, city council president Paul Marnecheck, the North Royalton Fire Department and Parks & Recreation Department worked in conjunction with Boskovitch’s family to repair the flag pole at the memorial for Jeff, who was killed in Iraq in 2005. Channel 19 News visited the memorial and heard first hand from Jeff’s sister as well as Rick DeChant of NEOPAT about the importance of the memorial and what it means to the family. Watch more.
