NEOPAT’s partnership with Forever Amber Acres is bringing the healing power of horse equine therapy to veterans and their families. Our most recent event, held on September 16th, 2023, was a heartwarming testament to the positive impact this collaboration is making. Through these equine therapy sessions, veterans and their families find a unique way to learn about themselves and others by participating in activities with the horses that explore feelings, thoughts and behaviors. A registered, credentialed Mental Health Professional and a certified Equine Specialist work together at all times to ensure each veteran receives the therapeutic attention and guidance to explore, process and solve their specific challenges in a safe, supportive environment. Together with Forever Amber Acres, NEOPAT is committed to providing these life-changing experiences, offering a brighter and more hopeful future to those who’ve served our nation.
