Cleveland (September, 2024)
Cast it Forward Fishing, supported by NEOPAT, offers military servicemembers and their families a memorable recreational experience on Lake Erie. In the summer of 2024, 10 servicemembers and their families participated (total of 45-50 individuals).
This program is part of NEOPAT’s alternative therapy initiatives, providing non-traditional therapy through recreational and community-building activities. The goal was to create a relaxing, stress-free day of fishing, giving veterans and servicemembers a chance to connect and unwind in nature.
The excursions promoted emotional well-being through recreational therapy, helping participants reduce stress and enjoy the outdoors. NEOPAT remains committed to offering experiences that benefit military families and raise awareness of its mission.
