On December 7th, WQMX hosted their annual Tree of Lights campaign, raising over $105,000 to support NEOPAT’s mission of helping local veterans and military families. The day was filled with festive family fun at the radio station, featuring appearances by Mr. and Mrs. Claus and live reindeer!
Throughout the day, WQMX on-air personalities encouraged listeners to contribute to this important cause, sharing stories of local military families in need. Senior Advisor Emeritus Rick DeChant took to the microphone to share the heartbreaking realities many of these families face, from struggling to afford groceries to paying rent and utility bills.
Every dollar raised will go directly to helping veterans and their families in Northeast Ohio this holiday season, providing hope and relief during a time when it’s needed most. NEOPAT is incredibly grateful to WQMX, the donors, and everyone who contributed to the campaign’s success.
