On August 26th, 2023, NEOPAT and The Perry Demming Foundation once again hosted their annual Veteran Fishing Event, a tradition promoting mental wellness through outdoor therapy. Held by calm waters, veterans and supporters gathered to find peace in nature, bond through shared experiences, and cast lines together. Beyond fishing, this event serves as a powerful remedy for veterans dealing with stress, anxiety, and PTSD, offering them a sense of belonging and the healing influence of nature. NEOPAT and The Perry Demming Foundation continue promoting mental wellness and fostering bonds among veterans year after year.
