NEOPAT Senior Advisor Rick DeChant was a featured presenter at a NESCO Resources Veterans Issues Morning Out on May 22. DeChant discussed the various support roles NEOPAT can assist businesses with in the recruiting of veterans, the support for veteran employee families, and the establishment of Veteran Employee Resource Groups within their companies. Twenty northeast Ohio area businesses were in attendance.
