NEOPAT Lunch & Learn Brings Community Partners Together at Lincoln Electric
On Tuesday, August 18, NEOPAT welcomed representatives from businesses and community organizations across Northeast Ohio for a Lunch & Learn at the Lincoln Electric Welding School in Euclid.
The gathering provided an opportunity for attendees to connect, exchange ideas and discuss upcoming plans for Veterans Day and beyond. Conversations focused on how businesses, veteran-focused organizations and community partners can work together to recognize service members, support military families and strengthen veteran initiatives throughout Northeast Ohio.
NEOPAT extends its sincere appreciation to Lincoln Electric for hosting the event and for its generous support of veterans and military families across generations of service members. Charlie LaRiche provided attendees with valuable insight into Lincoln Electric’s longstanding history of supporting the United States military and those who have served our country. His presentation highlighted how the company’s commitment to the military community has remained an important part of its legacy.
Attendees also heard from Corrie and Courtney Bailey, who shared a moving presentation about the Willowick Gold Star Monument. The monument honors local service members who made the ultimate sacrifice while also recognizing the Gold Star families who carry their legacies forward. Their presentation served as a powerful reminder of the importance of remembrance and ensuring that the stories of our fallen heroes are never forgotten.
The Lunch & Learn brought together representatives from the Willowick Gold Star Monument, FocusCFO, Inspired Experiences, FirstEnergy, Mission Connect ETA LLC, The M. Ryan Group, Sherwin-Williams, University Hospitals, Ross Environmental and Lincoln Electric. The range of participating organizations reflected the strength of Northeast Ohio’s commitment to supporting the military community and demonstrated what is possible when businesses and community leaders come together around a shared mission.
Following the discussion, attendees were invited to tour the Lincoln Electric Welding School and learn more about its facilities, educational opportunities and hands-on training programs. The tour provided an engaging conclusion to the event and a closer look at Lincoln Electric’s commitment to preparing individuals for successful careers in the welding industry.
