We’re excited to announce that the NEOPAT Support Hub is now officially operational at the Cleveland Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS)!
For many young men and women, MEPS is where it all begins. It’s the place where recruits complete their medical evaluations, take aptitude exams, and prepare for the oath of enlistment. Simply put — MEPS is the entry point into military service.
By having a dedicated NEOPAT presence on site, we’re now able to connect with service members and their families from day one of their journey.
The Support Hub gives us the ability to:
- Provide valuable information about community resources and support.
- Offer a welcoming place where new recruits can relax and connect with one another during the processing day.
- Build relationships early so we can better support them throughout their service — and long after.
- Share encouragement and a sense of connection from the broader veteran and military family community.
This is a meaningful milestone for NEOPAT — and it wouldn’t be possible without you. Your support, generosity, and belief in our mission allows us to reach service members when it matters most.
