Sir, Ladies and Gentlemen, To Everyone,
Words cannot express how thankful I am. At times it’s hard to ask for help when you don’t know who or where to turn to. One of my VA ladies from Canton told me to reach out and see if NEOPAT could assist. I was hesitant for a couple weeks, I thought for sure I could get by on my own myself and save up for a car.
I was without transportation for a long time and sometimes my ride to work would not come through and since that person was my only way to work, I’d end up missing it and lose out on pay. I found myself missing and canceling VA appointments because I couldn’t find a ride. I have to see a heart doctor and a lung doctor, and I was worried that I’d have to cancel some upcoming appointments. Even simply just going for a ride with my dog has been something that’s been missing for months and months. I put my ego aside and asked for help.
Now all those things are possible. Thank you so much for helping me, this is a huge blessing and big relief. I’ve gained my independence again and can rely on myself to get me to my medical appointments and back and forth to work. Also, I can’t tell you how relaxing it is to swoop up your best friend and take her for a ride to the dog park. My dog’s name is Asker. She’s been my calm for some time, and she loves car rides, so thank you for letting her and I enjoy car rides together again.
Your organization has significantly improved and enhanced my life. I have a lot of missed driving time to make up, so at some point in the next couple weeks I’d like to drive up, meet and shake hands and say thank you in person.
You all at NEOPAT were the best. I cannot thank you folks enough. I can’t wait to take Asker out tomorrow. She’s going to be so excited when I tell her we’re going for a ride!
Thank you everyone at NEOPAT
