NEOPAT was proud to attend the ribbon cutting of the brand new Judge Sara J. Harper Village opened just in time for Veteran’s Day. It has 12 apartments to support female veterans who need a helping hand. Named in honor of U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and Clevelander, Judge Sara J. Harper. The facility will prioritize serving female veterans, including those with children and/or those who have experienced military sexual trauma, along with veterans who are low-income, formerly homeless, or about to experience homelessness. In partnership with Volunteers of America, NEOPAT funded $25,000 to the project and will continue to assist the female veterans living there for years to come.
