Clays & Clams: A Day of Honor, Healing, and Camaraderie

Clays & Clams: A Day of Honor, Healing, and Camaraderie

NEOPAT and the Perry Demming Outdoor Freedom Project proudly hosted the annual Clays & Clams event — a day dedicated to honoring and uplifting our local veterans.

Held in the spirit of service and community, the event brought together veterans, supporters, and volunteers for a memorable experience outdoors. Participants spent the day trap shooting clay pigeons, utilizing an adaptive range designed for disabled veterans, and sharing a classic clambake filled with good food, laughter, and connection.

More than just a recreational event, Clays & Clams serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of outdoor therapy, community support, and mental wellness for those who have served our nation. These moments of camaraderie help build lasting bonds and reinforce the message that our veterans are never alone.

Together, NEOPAT and the Perry Demming Outdoor Freedom Project remain committed to keeping the promise to our heroes—providing meaningful experiences that honor their service and support their well-being.
